How does booking a canoe tour with you work?
So, up for a paddling adventure? Here’s how it works, and we promise: no choppy waters at your desk!
1. Choose your tour
On our tour overview you’ll find all our current offers, from relaxed to action-packed. Grab your perfect route!
2. Book online: direct & binding
Found your dream tour? Great! You can book all available tours directly on our website, on your own & with a binding booking. It doesn’t get any faster: just fill in the booking form and your adventure is secured.
Important:
If a tour can’t be booked for some reason, or if you’d rather go as a private group (e.g. with friends, colleagues or as a school class), please use our inquiry form for groups & school classes and fill it out completely.
3. We get back to you by email
Once we’ve received your booking or inquiry, we’ll get back to you quickly by email. We confirm your booking and send you the payment info and all the important details about your tour.
After that, it goes like this:
4. Payment (bank transfer or PayPal)
5. Info in advance with meeting point & time
6. On tour day: pick up your gear, get your briefing, start paddling!
