Can I add more people to my booking later?
Yes, as long as there are still spots available on your date. How it works depends on how you booked.
You booked individual spots: Just make a second booking for the same date, with the same last name or the same organization in the “Firma / Organisation” (company / organization) field, for example “Freunde Klaus”. We detect this automatically and merge both bookings. The booking calendar shows you how long you can still book for the date you’ve picked.
You booked a private group: You report the new number of people via “Buchung verwalten” (manage booking). You’ll find your personal link in your booking confirmation. If more people are coming than you’ve paid for, you’ll see the extra charge beforehand and confirm it. From 48 hours before the tour, this is only possible by phone.
