What do I need to know about the booking and cancellation terms?
We calculate our prices very carefully and only have a few spots. On top of that, the season doesn’t start until July 15.
That’s why every tour is a special experience with lots of personal attention and organization.

Stornoflex: When you book, you can add the Stornoflex option (€9.90 per person on the Rur, €4.90 at the Heimbach Reservoir). With it, you can cancel for any reason up to 48 hours before the tour starts and get the full tour price back as a refund. If you have Stornoflex for everyone in your booking, your first rebooking to a different date is free as well (request it up to 48 hours before the tour starts).
Tip: Book early to make sure you get your spot!
