Withdrawal Notice

Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB), right of withdrawal: for services related to leisure activities, where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, there is no right of withdrawal. When purchasing goods or vouchers, consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kanu Petry (owner: Dastin Lenz), Moselstraße 88, 53909 Zülpich, Germany, info@kanu-petry.de, phone: +49 1575 0175756) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

For a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, for which you are obliged to pay a price, the following applies: the right of withdrawal also expires (early) if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that your consent to the start of performance causes your right of withdrawal to expire, and we have provided you with a confirmation.
