Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. Right after booking you get an email with your confirmation, and a few days before the tour another one with directions.
What happens in bad weather?
We paddle in the rain too. In storms or high water we cancel or reschedule the tour. Details & weather rules →
Cancellation & rebooking?
You will find the conditions in our terms and conditions (in German). You can manage an existing booking at any time via the link in your confirmation email.
Which payment methods are available?
PayPal (confirmed instantly) or bank transfer. You get the bank details by email after booking, and your spot stays reserved for 7 days.
